2040 Kennedy is located on Hudson County’s most important boulevard, directly across from the beautiful campus of New Jersey City University. HISTORY

2040 Kennedy offers multiple convenient transportation options. Because of its Kennedy Boulevard location, numerous jitney vans pick up passengers directly outside, offering service both to New York’s Port Authority as well as to Journal Square and other destinations. New Jersey Transit buses stop directly outside the front door as well, also providing service to Midtown Manhattan and Journal Square. The West Side Avenue station of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail system is approximately ten minutes walk, offering service to numerous destinations throughout northern New Jersey. Finally, secure, off-street parking is available at 2040 Kennedy.
